Freshness & Care

Our cookies are carefully prepared, packaged, and secured to help preserve their freshness and beautiful presentation during shipping.

Shipping: Orders are prepared and shipped on our regular Monday shipping schedule. Orders placed after the weekly shipping cutoff are prepared for the following Monday. Most orders arrive within 1–4 business days after shipping, depending on destination. Please allow up to 6 business days and order ahead when your cookies are needed for a specific date or occasion.

Storage: Cookies may be frozen in the unopened box they arrive in. Simply place the box in the freezer and remove them the night before or morning you plan to enjoy them. Allow the cookies to thaw at room temperature.
